Stop poking me! I’m still alive!

I’ve actually been working on the same blog post for the last 2 weeks or so. But, it’s a touchy subject, so I’m making sure to do plenty of editing. Metaphorically speaking: I need to defuse several landmines along the path I’m establishing!
